Who We Are

MI14FREDAiceCLIFFSfeb4The Upper Peninsula Environmental Coalition (UPEC) is made up of hundreds of dues paying members and other conservation organizations who specialize in environmental issues affecting the U.P. UPEC is a non-profit, registered 501(c)(3) organization operating under a constitution originally ratified on January 24, 1976.

UPEC Board Members

Our board members are elected every other year during the annual spring meeting in March or April. Please see the attached bio’s of the slate of UPEC nominees for the 2017-18 UPEC board; members vote via mail before our March 24th, 2017 Annual General Membership meeting in Marquette preceding UPEC’s Celebrate the UP!
